The Project Manager will oversee daily workflows, manage projects from initiation to completion, and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of custom awards and gift items. Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, expediting production timelines, monitoring product quality through inspection processes, and managing logistics to ensure accurate and efficient delivery. The candidate will also work directly with clients to track progress, address any issues, and maintain satisfaction.\n\nQualifications\n\n Proficiency in Project Management and task coordination\n Proficiency in Netsuite\n Proficiency in Microsoft Access\n Proficiency in inventory management\n Proficiency in quality control\n Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of projects\n Understanding of Inspection practices and a focus on quality assurance\n Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination\n Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills\n Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred\n Experience within the awards, gifting, or manufacturing industries is a plus\n
