Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Rhode Island School Psychologist certification (RIDE 5403) in good standing
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and delivering direct and consultative services in school settings
• Strong collaborative skills for working alongside educators, administrators, and families
• Ability to provide counseling, behavioral support, and crisis intervention as needed
• Commitment to data-driven decision-making and compliance with special education regulations

What You’ll Do:

• Perform comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Guide the development of IEPs and support eligibility determinations
• Deliver counseling, consultation, and behavioral interventions to students with diverse needs
• Partner with school teams and families to design student-centered interventions and monitor progress
• Collect and analyze data for intervention planning, crisis management, and compliance reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing input and support for continued student success
• Adapt to a variety of school environments and varying assignments as needed throughout your contract
