If you love clean fades, fresh styles, and creating an experience your clients can't stop talking about, Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Annapolis, MD might be exactly where you belong. We're hiring a full-time Licensed Barber - Hair Stylist who brings personality, skill, and energy to every appointment.

At Floyd's, you're in control of your earnings. Choose a commission structure starting at 40% and grow up to 55% with no caps , or go with a guaranteed hourly minimum -whichever works best for you. With weekly performance payouts, the more you hustle, the more you earn. Most of our Barbers and Stylists average between $31 – $56.50 per hour .

• Active Maryland cosmetology or barber license
• A passion for great service and making people feel their best
• Strong work ethic and pride in your craft
• Reliability, punctuality, and a self-driven mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on client needs
