Local CDL Delivery Driver -- Building Materials Logistics

Make Local Deliveries. Be Home Every Night.

Join a reliable, safety-focused team where early starts lead to early finishes—and you’re home each night. New team members who complete 90 days of continuous employment are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

A Day in the Role

Begin with a thorough daily truck inspection and ensure all documentation is in order.
Plan your route using maps or written directions to customer shops and jobsites.
Arrive on site, assess conditions, and unload safely using sound judgment.
Operate truck-mounted equipment—such as a boom crane—when needed.
Collect valid signatures on all delivery documents before departing.
Use company equipment to prepare crates and boxes for loading.
Load and unload pipe and other materials from flatbed and box trailers.
Lift and stage boxes of material into designated containers for shipment.
Complete driver logs and follow all DOT and licensing requirements.
Uphold company policies and procedures and assist where needed by the warehouse lead, fabrication manager, or branch operations manager.

Note: While this is a local role with nightly home time, you’ll sometimes support nights, weekends, or early morning deliveries to meet customer needs.

What You Bring

CDL-A or CDL-B license.
At least 6 months of prior professional driving experience.
Basic keypad/keyboard proficiency.
Experience with RF/barcoding technology is a plus.
One year of experience successfully multitasking under time constraints.
Comfort with arithmetic using whole numbers and decimals.
A team-first mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
