Physical Therapist

The position requires a licensed Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient care. The Physical Therapist will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some flexibility on start and end times. Successful candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience in physical therapy. A valid Illinois license is required, or candidates must confirm that the application process has been initiated. BLS Certification is mandatory for this position. The selected candidate must be prepared to meet the requirement for a negative drug screen.
