About the Role:

Arthur Murray Franchise Dance Studio in Marlton, NJ is looking for passionate and talented Choreographers/Dance Instructors to join our team! This is your chance to share your love of dance, inspire students of all skill levels, and be part of a world-renowned dance community. Responsibilities:

• Teach personal and class lessons across a variety of styles including ballroom, Latin, swing, and more
• Develop and choreograph routines tailored to individual student goals and skill levels
• Track student progress and adjust lesson plans to ensure continuous improvement
• Create a welcoming, encouraging, and high-energy studio environment
• Participate in studio showcases, competitions, and special events
• Build strong relationships with students to support long-term engagement and retention

Requirements:

• Prior experience in dance instruction, choreography, or performance preferred but not necessary
• Knowledge of ballroom, Latin, or social dance styles is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to motivate others
• Energetic, patient, and passionate about sharing the art of dance
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Arthur Murray certification or willingness to complete training program upon hire
