This position is responsible for adhering to established production processes to produce quality work that meets customer specifications and for meeting individual production goals.Starting pay rate is $29.61 - top out pay rate is $33.41. Top out rate is generally reached within one year, based on performance.Essential Functions:Responsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.Set up of production equipment according to established specifications, adjusting CNC programming as neededPerform minor maintenance on production equipmentCalibration and use of measurement and balancing equipmentUtilize production equipment to produce finished goods in accordance with production goalsEnsure quality of finished product in accordance with established quality processes and guidelinesUtilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods as needed in the production processMaintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to all safety proceduresOther duties as assignedPosition Qualifications:Mechanical skillsBasic math skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work all jobs within the departmentExperience:0-1 year in a manufacturing settingExperience in an automated, CNC, mechanical or production environment preferredFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
