Role: Senior Project Manager

We are partnered with a nationally recognized General Contractor with a rapidly expanding Data Center division , delivering some of the most high-profile data center projects across the United States.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role in the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center facilities, working alongside some of the industry's most sophisticated owners, designers, consultants and trade partners.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you will have significant responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.

You will lead project teams, manage commercial and technical risk, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

What Makes This Different:

Data center construction isn't traditional commercial construction.

These facilities operate around zero tolerance for failure , with complex power, cooling, controls and redundancy requirements and aggressive delivery schedules. The successful Project Manager will understand how to coordinate thousands of individual activities while maintaining absolute focus on safety, quality, schedule and operational readiness.

You will be working on projects where schedule certainty matters, commissioning is critical and the MEP systems are often the heart of the building

This is an environment suited to someone who enjoys solving complex problems, leading large teams and operating at the highest level of construction management.

What We're Looking For

• Data center / mission-critical experience required.
• A mix of industrial, mission-critical and data center construction is also preferable.
• Proven experience managing major construction projects as a Project Manager.
• General Contractor/Subcontractors experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Experience with commissioning, turnover and early operational requirements.
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
