Floor Coating Installer
No floor coating experience required. We will train the right person!
What You Will Do
- Learn to install professional epoxy and decorative floor-coating systems
- Prepare concrete surfaces using professional tools and equipment
- Assist with mixing, applying, and finishing coating materials
- Load, unload, organize, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Follow the installation process carefully and complete work to company quality standards
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers
- Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently

- The ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of the role, including lifting and moving tools, materials, and equipment
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience That Can Help You Succeed
Candidates with experience in landscaping, construction, general labor, contracting, painting, concrete work, warehouse operations, maintenance, moving, installation, or a similar hands-on role are encouraged to apply. Entry-level candidates will also be considered if they can demonstrate dependability, employment stability, a willingness to work, and a strong desire to learn.
