Travel Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) for a travel nursing role in Santa Maria, CA. Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative patient care and assist during surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes Prepare and maintain sterile environments and surgical instruments Document patient information and surgical activities accurately Support preoperative and postoperative care as needed Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license and RNFA certification Proven experience in surgical assisting or perioperative nursing Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile techniques, and patient safety Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Key Duties Assist surgeons during procedures Ensure sterile field maintenance Provide patient care before, during, and after surgery Document procedures and patient responses Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality surgical care #J-18808-Ljbffr
