Schedule: Sunday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible scheduling required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team as an Immunization Nurse . In this role, you will administer a variety of vaccines, including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended immunizations , while delivering exceptional patient care in a retail healthcare setting. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations according to established clinical protocols.
• Assess patients and provide safe, high-quality nursing care.
• Administer medications as required.
• Educate patients on vaccines, potential side effects, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism during every patient interaction.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Support a positive team culture built on collaboration, respect, and accountability.
• Help drive healthy outcomes through quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or territory where the assignment is performed.
• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, including immunization administration and direct patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated competency in medication administration.
• Ability and willingness to administer all required vaccines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Candidate must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate questionnaire must be submitted with the application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience administering vaccines in a retail, outpatient, or community healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
