SAP Security Leader

We’re supporting a global client in Miami, FL on a high‑visibility SAP Security Leader role.
You will own the security and GRC agenda across a complex SAP landscape (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SuccessFactors), define the target security architecture, and lead a team responsible for roles, access, SoD and compliance as part of an ongoing transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the SAP security strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise cyber and IAM.
- Lead role design, access provisioning and SoD governance across S/4HANA and cloud SAP solutions.
- Own SAP GRC Access Control configuration, rulesets and workflows; integrate with enterprise IAM and ServiceNow.
- Partner with architects and workstream leads on S/4HANA transformation, Fiori enablement and BTP extensions.
- Manage a team of security analysts and GRC specialists; drive continuous improvement and automation.
Profile
- 10+ years in SAP security, with deep hands‑on experience in S/4HANA, GRC, Fiori and SuccessFactors.
- Proven track record leading security workstreams in large transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management at CIO/CISO/programme‑director level.
- Experience building and leading security teams is essential.
