This contract role is based onsite and will run from September 2, 2026, through February 15, 2027, covering a caseload of approximately 40 students at an elementary school near Lakewood, WA. Enjoy a focused assignment supporting young learners and collaborating with the school’s behavior program—no AAC devices or medically complex needs currently present in the caseload.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license, or eligibility and willingness to obtain
• Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or willing to complete this process)
• Possession of a Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate, or the readiness to acquire one
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC credentials
• School-based SLP experience or a strong desire to work in a school setting
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to an elementary student caseload (around 40 students)
• Develop, implement, and document individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with special education teams, families, and behavior program staff
• Conduct assessments and regularly monitor student progress
• Attend and participate in student support meetings and staff consultations
