Overview Job Type: Per Required Need Work Location: Market - SS - KS - Wichita Schedule: Work Monday–Friday | Weekends are not required! Benefits $17.50 per hour Next‑day pay on demand Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Responsibilities Respond promptly to field services management communication within 24 hours. Keep availability updated and accurate. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations involving 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in and complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Follow all directives to execute tasks fully and completely. Build and maintain strong relationships with the shared services team, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities. Provide and receive feedback to continually improve customer and client satisfaction. Qualifications Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early‑morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability: adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email to coordinate tasks and provide updates. Use a smartphone for clocking, uploading photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity. High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory. Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; must navigate communication platforms independently. Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Superior leadership skills and strong professional communication and presentation abilities. Sound judgment, problem‑solving, exceptional time‑management, and reporting skills.
