ADAS Calibration Technician

ADAS Calibration Technician (Mobile Role) Key Items Mobile Role: Operate a company vehicle; valid driver's license required Pay: $18-$30 per hour, based on experience What You’ll Do Recalibrations: Complete static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations on foreign and domestic vehicles at 360Align locations or at mobile customer locations after completing internal training. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the field team to ensure efficiency and productivity. Tool Utilization: Use various tools for effective recalibrations and ensure tooling software updates are completed daily. Diagnostics: Conduct pre and post scans, troubleshoot complex recalibrations, and test drive vehicles after recalibrations. Customer Service: Develop relationships, deliver consistent results, and explain ADAS recalibration needs to repair center personnel. Inventory Management: Be accountable for ADAS inventory, including vehicles, mobile devices, diagnostic scanners, and other provided equipment. Training & Development: Participate in training sessions and maintain a well-organized work area. What We’re Looking For Experience: One year of experience in automotive repairs; experience in module programming, wiring repair, or ADAS recalibration is preferred. Technical Skills: Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, the ability to use scan tools, factory software, and basic software programs is preferred. Certifications: ASE or I-CAR certifications are preferred. Work Environment: Ability to work in an autobody repair shop and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Attitude: Self‑motivated, with a positive, customer‑focused approach in a team‑supported environment. Position Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel may be required outside the assigned area.
