PURPOSE : To maintain the cleanliness of the entire plant inside and outside.

JOB SUMMARY : Maintains the cleanliness of the plant, outside parking lot and grounds around the building. Keeps the entire facility as lint free and clean as possible. Empties waste receptacles and recycles plastic bags in soil sort. Follows standard operating procedures. Must meet quality standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Be on time
• Have excellent attendance
• Meet established cleaning procedures
• Follow all company safety rules
• Be able to work well with a diverse workforce
• Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude
• This is located at our Plover, WI location.
• The hours for this position are 6:00am to 2:30 pm.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area in line with company policies
• Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise with or without notice.
• Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Cross-train in other positions per production needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, and pulling
