Perfect Pair ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children with autism throughout Smithfield, VA . Every session you lead helps a child strengthen communication, independence, social interaction, and everyday life skills. You'll receive ongoing support from experienced BCBAs while making a meaningful difference in the lives of local families.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy based on treatment plans created by a BCBA.

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes and community environments.

• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.

• Implement behavior reduction strategies with consistency and compassion.

• Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation.

• Partner with parents and caregivers to support client progress.

• Attend supervision meetings and participate in ongoing training.

We're looking for candidates who have:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

• Ability to travel to client homes in the Stafford area.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous ABA or pediatric therapy experience.

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field.

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire).

• Competitive pay ranging from $22.00–$26.00 per hour
