Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Summary Requisition Number: 227195 – Route Service Representative in the Rental Division. Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts. The role involves driving a truck, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products on established routes. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lb.; having an active driver’s license, being at least 21 years old, obtaining a DOT medical certification, and providing documentation of previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer‑service orientation, self‑motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
