Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Address: 502 W Highland Blvd, Inverness, FL 34452 Floor: Building: General Information Tell us about the unit(s): 7p-7a Number of Beds – 18 (Under construction and operating with 14) Number of Staff – 31 Type of staff: Day Shift – 2 CNC, 2 Relief CNC rest RNs, 1 PCT Night Shift - 2 CNC, rest RNs Patient Ratios – 1:2 typically, 1;3 with downgrades, and occasional 1:1 Type of equipment - Philips monitor, Kangaroo Pump, Hill rom, bed EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Experience with vents, pressors and multiple drips, end of life CRRT PrismaFlex and lots of sepsis Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
