Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Loss Mitigation Underwriter I to join our remote team and underwriting Loan Modifications applications in line with Treasury, Company, and Investor guidelines. The role ensures compliant, well-documented decisions under general supervision and is the entry-level step in the underwriting family. The target pay range is $23.00–$26.00 per hour, and you will perform VOI, verify income, calculate debt-to-income, assess occupancy and hardship, apply payment
