Organization: JumpStart Autism Collective Location: Rio Rancho, NM 87124Schedule: Weekdays only, block schedules between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PMJob Type: Full time or part time Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour (training), then $20.50 - $21.50 per hour (after training)Do you love working with children? We provide initial and ongoing training, real-time coaching from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), and professional development so you can grow with confidence.What you will doProvide one on one therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in our center using Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching principlesCollaborate closely with your team to teach learners on the autism spectrum new adaptive behaviors, including language, functional communication, play skills, pro-social behaviors, and self-help skills, to name a few!Celebrate progress and help shape meaningful goals for each learnerBuild strong, compassionate relationships with children and familiesImplement individualized treatment plans with supervision from a BCBAWhat you will getYou will receive extensive paid training, RBT exam prep support, and ongoing skill development through in person coaching from a mission driven team nationally recognized for clinical quality and teamwork. We offer guaranteed hours for both full time and part time positions, a consistent weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts, and primary work at one center with minimal travel.
