Warehouse Manager

Job Description Job Description BBSI is partnering with a client who is a 3PL provider supporting eCommerce businesses. The Warehouse Manager leads day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment, overseeing receiving, put away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and freight coordination. This role owns performance across labor cost, productivity, accuracy, and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with all processes and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all warehouse operations to meet throughput, accuracy, and on-time shipping goals Enforce WMS (Flying Fish preferred) compliance and maintain data integrity Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, and shrink reduction Build labor schedules, control overtime, and drive productivity targets Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to KPIs and SOPs Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and proper documentation Track and report KPIs; identify and implement process improvements Qualifications 5+ years warehouse experience, including 3+ years in leadership 3PL or high-volume fulfillment experience required Strong background in KPI-driven operations (productivity, cost, accuracy) WMS experience required (Flying Fish a plus) Experience managing labor, performance, and corrective actions Proficient in Excel or similar reporting tools Additional Details Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the warehouse floor Monday–Friday schedule; overtime and weekends as needed This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving operational performance and accountability.
