Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate patient health needs and goals.
Develop nursing care plans and advocate for patient needs.
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
Conduct patient and family education for optimal care management.

Required Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role is required.

Certifications / Licensure

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
