Physician Advisor: Care Pathways & Utilization Leadership

RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Physician Advisor to establish standards for Physician Advisor Services, including Throughput/Length of Stay and Observation Hours. You'll participate in developing medical guidelines to ensure quality care. The ideal candidate will be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, have a valid New Jersey medical license, and possess at least two years of clinical practice experience.
