As an Emergency Department RN, you are a key member of the team, performing assessments, triage, and ongoing care to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes. You collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver efficient, compassionate, and evidence-based care.Job SummaryThe Emergency Department RN provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled patients. You perform accurate triage, formulate and implement individualized plans of care, and engage patients and families in illness and injury prevention. You maintain professional standards of practice, uphold ethical principles, and foster a safe, collaborative, and respectful environment for patients and staff.
