Patient Observation & Safety Aide

Compass Group USA is seeking a Patient Observation Assistant to provide vigilant bedside observation and support in a hospital setting. The role supports registered nurses, assists with patient safety, and helps maintain a calm, caring environment for patients and families. Positions are available on a full-time and part-time basis with rotating weekends and holidays.
