Some clients may be dealing with emotionally difficult situations, and you'll make sure to provide a respectful, compassionate approach. Attentive to detail, you'll schedule veterinary appointments, check clients in and out, update medical records, and process cash or card payments.You'll communicate with clients, technicians, and doctors throughout the day to help maintain efficient workflows and uphold high standards of care. When you're not assisting clients, you'll help complete daily administrative tasks that keep the animal hospital organized and running smoothly!WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEOur ideal Client Service Representative has some veterinary experience, but it's not required for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic!
