Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Gardnerville , NV Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Perform one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments. Conduct physical assessments, including range of motion and muscle strength testing. Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions using METs testing. Complete detailed clinical reports and administrative follow-up work, including medical opinions and addendums. Maintain a professional environment for Veterans, focusing on documentation and diagnostic review without prescribing medications or providing treatment. Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license. Certification: Certification by the AANP is required. Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified. Clinical Proficiency: Proficient in METs testing and the evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions. Technical Requirements: Must own a laptop (no Mac or Apple products permitted for system compatibility). Specialties Accepted: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or other backgrounds in General Medicine or C&P experience. Documentation: Submission must include a CV with a current home address, license and certification numbers, ECFMG certificate (if applicable), and a Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days. Facility Requirements: If the provider sees patients in their own office, the facility must meet specific accessibility and safety standards (including ADA compliance, handicap parking, and specific medical equipment). Photos of the office space will be required during the credentialing process. What We Offer Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer. Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less. One-time bonus: $650 for completing all required training and performing the first set of exams.
