Inventory Clerk

Position Summary The Inventory Clerk supports daily warehouse and distribution operations at Norma Precision Inc. by ensuring materials, components, and finished goods are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently. This role contributes to order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse organization while adhering to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enter and maintain accurate inventory data Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments; verify materials against shipping documents Pick, pack, and prepare customer and internal orders for shipment Load and unload outbound shipments Accurately stage, label, and store inventory Assist with inventory counts and discrepancy reporting Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanners Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (if certified) Maintain safety and cleanliness standards Cross-train across warehouse functions Follow all safety rules and procedures Qualifications / Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Warehouse or distribution experience preferred Strong computer skills including WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Attention to detail in both physical and digital work Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to work under pressure What We Offer We offer competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
