The General Warehouse Associate is a versatile role focused on the "pick, pack, and ship" cycle. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment where tasks change based on the daily shipping volume.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on digital or paper pick sheets.
• Packing: Securely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper padding is used to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping/Receiving: Assist in unloading inbound trailers and loading outbound containers for delivery.
• Labeling: Apply shipping labels and barcodes accurately to ensure tracking integrity.
• Housekeeping: Perform general "5S" duties (sweeping, breaking down cardboard, and removing debris) to keep the warehouse floor safe.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for the duration of the shift.
