Manufacturing Assembly Technician - Alexandria, LA

Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $18/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

A local Alexandria company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support daily production and assembly operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This hands-on role requires strong focus, consistency, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly Tasks - assembling components using basic hand tools and following established specifications
Production Workflow Support - assisting with daily manufacturing processes to maintain steady output
Quality Checks - inspecting parts and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards
Safety Compliance - following all safety rules, PPE requirements, and operational procedures
Workstation Organization - maintaining clean, organized, production-ready work areas

Requirements

Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and dependable work habits
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
