Geriatric Dietitian: Nutrition Care & Team Lead

PACE RI is seeking a Dietitian to assess participants' nutritional status and integrate clinical data to plan disease-specific interventions as part of the Interdisciplinary Team. You will guide Dietary Aide, Food Service Manager and Day Center CNA staff involved in participant meals and nutrition support. Responsibilities include monitoring food service, coordinating with safety staff, documenting in EMR, and developing nutrition care plans for high-risk participants while contributing to #J-18808-Ljbffr Pace Ri
