Our organization is in search of a board-certified or board-eligible neurosurgeon for a hospital-based role located near St. Louis, Missouri, within an independent health system in Southern Missouri.

Opportunity Highlights

• Become part of a well-established Neurosurgery program alongside 2 seasoned surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Approximately 90% of cases will involve spine procedures.
• Participate in a general call rotation of 1:4 at a single hospital.
• Enjoy a salary guarantee of $950,000, complemented by a $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery (both MD and DO candidates are welcome).
• Both experienced professionals and recent graduates (2025 and 2026) are encouraged to submit their applications.
