Catering Lead As a Catering Lead at Panera, you play a crucial role in our catering operations. You help guests plan and choose delicious, familiar and fantastic Panera dishes for their events, respond to inquiries, ensure hassle‑free hosting with timely delivery, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow‑ups. Assist with delivering orders to guest events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain Panera’s standards for food quality. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years of age. Complete basic food safety training and possess a Food Handler’s Card. Enjoy interacting with people and have effective communication skills. A self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Must have a vehicle for deliveries and an acceptable driving record. Availability for flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours. Comfortable communicating in a loud, fast‑paced environment. Embodies Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors. Compensation Competitive pay: $17.00 - $20.25 per hour.
