Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper
A longestablished, privately held manufacturing business is seeking a Bookkeeper to take ownership of core accounting functions. This role is ideal for an experienced, detailoriented professional who values accuracy, consistency, and working closely with ownership in a smallcompany environment.

What You'll Do
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records
  • Record financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
  • Support monthend and yearend close
  • Coordinate with an external CPA firm, banking, and insurance partners
What We're Looking For
  • Proven bookkeeping or general accounting experience (not entrylevel)
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience with Sage (or similar ERP), ADP, and Excel
  • Comfortable working independently in a small office setting
  • Degree not required; experience matters most
