Project Administrator

General Description: The Project Administrator will collaborate closely with our Project Management, Operations, AP, and Payroll teams to provide clerical and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Project documentation, organization, and retention Organize and maintain cost control logs for projects, timesheets, daily schedule, material tickets, corporate card receipts, and additional office documentation. Initiate and follow up with OUPS (Ohio Utilities Protection Services) process Invoice receipt, entry, and coding Prepare and track lien waivers and subcontractor insurance certificates Ensure all timesheets are complete Manage plan printing, project binders, and office supplies Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant work experience 1–3 years of construction office or administrative experience preferred Desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Current valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Procore experience a plus Competitive annual base salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with 100% company match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% Paid time off Ongoing training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement in a fast-growing company VMI Group Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
