We’re partnering with growing organizations seeking Fractional HR support — experienced HR professionals who can plug in quickly, operate independently, and provide hands-on guidance across key people functions during periods of growth, transition, or operational change.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or standalone HR professional looking for flexible consulting-style work where your expertise will directly influence business operations.
What You’ll Own:
• Serve as a trusted HR partner to leadership, helping navigate employee relations, policy interpretation, and people strategy
• Evaluate and strengthen onboarding, employee experience, and retention practices
• Support recruiting efforts and hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Ensure HR processes, documentation, and compliance practices are organized and up to date
• Assist with performance management, employee communications, and internal process improvements
• Provide hands-on support with benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration as needed
• Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and help implement practical HR solutions
What Makes You a Fit:
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HRBP, or standalone HR capacity
• Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
• Ability to assess needs quickly and work autonomously
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in evolving business environments
• Strong business acumen and confidence partnering with leadership teams
• Experience building or improving HR processes

• Companies without a large internal HR infrastructure
