Data & Communications Division Leader (P&L)

Jenco is seeking a Data & Communications Manager to lead the division, directing Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and field teams while owning safety, quality, and profitability. The role reports to executive leadership and shapes the division's growth strategy. You will oversee operations from estimating through closeout, manage budgets, and build strategic relationships with owners and general contractors across Arizona.
