Técnico HVAC - Instalador Principal/Responsable de Control de Calidad

Resumen Buscamos un técnico/instalador de HVAC con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en sistemas HVAC/calefacción, con experiencia práctica en instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de unidades de aire acondicionado. Este puesto requiere conocimientos mecánicos y la capacidad de trabajar con diversas herramientas y equipos. El técnico será responsable de garantizar el rendimiento óptimo de los sistemas HVAC mientras ofrece un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes. Los días laborables típicos son de lunes a viernes con turnos variables según la estación. Los turnos de verano pueden requerir trabajar algunos sábados según sea necesario y pueden ser necesarias horas extra significativas. Se requiere verificación de antecedentes porque prestamos servicio en las comunidades de viviendas militares en San Diego. Paga entre 30 y 40 dólares por hora al DOE. Festivos pagados y una semana de vacaciones pagadas. Funciones Instalar, mantener y reparar sistemas de aire acondicionado y equipos relacionados. Soluciona problemas de HVAC usando esquemas y herramientas de diagnóstico. Realiza el mantenimiento rutinario de los sistemas HVAC para garantizar la eficiencia y la longevidad. Realizar llamadas de servicio de campo para evaluar y resolver los problemas de los clientes. Colabora con los miembros del equipo en proyectos de diseño HVAC y tareas de mantenimiento de la propiedad. Utiliza herramientas como ohmémetros, soldadoras y otros equipos para reparaciones. Mantener registros precisos de las llamadas de servicio, reparaciones realizadas y piezas utilizadas. Realiza inspecciones de control de calidad en las nuevas instalaciones para asegurarte de que el sistema está correctamente instalado y funciona correctamente Proporcionar presupuestos escritos a los clientes Cualificaciones Experiencia probada como técnico de servicio en la industria HVAC. Sólido conocimiento de los principios de construcción relacionados con la instalación de HVAC. Se requiere carné de conducir válido y un historial de conducción limpio para viajar entre obras. Camión de la empresa proporcionado durante el horario laboral Excelentes habilidades para resolver problemas y atención al detalle. Sólidas habilidades de comunicación para interactuar eficazmente con clientes y miembros del equipo.
