Overview
Registered Nurse – Home Health in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. Travel temporary assignment starting 08/19/2026 for 12 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Setting: home healthcare. Weekly pay: $2,324 to $2,446.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders and care plans.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage basic treatments within scope of practice.
- Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; document changes promptly.
- Deliver wound care, IV therapy administration (where permitted), and ongoing patient education on health maintenance and safety.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, safety, fall prevention, and infection control.
- Communicate with supervisors, physicians, and care coordinators to coordinate services and respond to changes in patient condition; ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to practice in PA)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to perform nursing duties in a home health setting and travel within the service area
- Strong assessment, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN acceptable)
- Minimum clinical experience appropriate for home health nursing; patient-focused care mindset
