E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Specialist

Quest Safety Products is seeking a data-driven Ecommerce Operations & Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business while supporting expansion into Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other digital channels. About Quest Quest Safety Products is a growing Indianapolis-based distributor and manufacturer committed to protecting workers in any environment. This role offers the opportunity to help shape our ecommerce strategy and contribute directly to Quest's next stage of profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Manage Amazon Seller Central, account health, listings, catalog issues, reimbursements, pricing, and Buy Box performance. Forecast demand and optimize inventory replenishment, reorder points, and product availability. Analyze sales, marketplace fees, inventory, competition, and profitability. Build Excel reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable business insights. Research new products and marketplace growth opportunities. Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and margin. Qualifications 2+ years of Amazon Seller Central or comparable marketplace experience. Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills. Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and personal accountability. Bachelor's degree preferred.
