We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide companionship and foster meaningful connections while assisting clients with personal hygiene and comfort care. You will also support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual needs, and offer transportation for outings or appointments. Additionally, you will provide timely medication reminders to promote overall well‑being and independence.

Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $17.00 –$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Over 18 years old

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Able to pass a background check

• Experience managing dementia and behavioral conditions
