ServiceNow Developer FSO

Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• We require experience in Financial Services Operations (FSO).
• We highly prefer cross-module experience with ServiceNow.
• We seek hands-on experience preparing process documents, process flows, and Functional Requirements Specification documents.
• We expect clear communication of solutions and the ability to deliver demonstrations to customers.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Work with our ServiceNow technical consultants and developers to explain requirements and ensure development aligns with functional requirements through functional lifecycle testing.
• Assess the feasibility of customer requirements.
• Determine whether requirements call for configuration or customization, recommend relevant best practices, and suggest suitable alternative approaches to achieve the required functionality.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and review and finalize them after feedback.
• Validate and test functionality during or after development.
• Maintain communication with business users and key stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress.
• Lead system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client.
