Pediatric Front Office Leader & Patient Access Coach

Metro Pediatrics is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and supervise Patient Access staff. You will ensure smooth patient flow, accurate scheduling, and proper insurance verification while maintaining exceptional patient service. In this role, you will partner with the Practice Manager to coach staff, manage timecards, and implement process improvements.
