Digital Content & Social Media ProducerMilford, CTPosted about 9 hours agoConnoisseur Media## Job DescriptionThe Anna & Raven Show, a nationally syndicated morning radio show, is looking for a creative, highly organized, and digitally savvy Digital Content & Social Media Producer to help grow the show’s presence across social media, streaming platforms, email, and digital video. The ideal candidate is funny, creative, and plugged into pop culture, entertainment, and current digital trends. This role combines social media management, video production and editing, content creation, livestream production, audience engagement, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of what makes content perform across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, with the ability to turn moments from the show into compelling, shareable digital content. This is an in-office position requiring five days per week at the Anna & Raven headquarters in Milford, CT. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage the Anna & Raven Show’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms. • Develop and maintain daily and weekly social media content calendars. • Monitor social media trends, audience conversations, comments, messages, memes, sounds, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for content growth. • Watch and listen to the daily show to identify funny, emotional, timely, viral, or otherwise highly shareable moments. • Develop real-time content opportunities based on breaking news, pop culture, viral trends, and conversations happening on the show. • Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, calls-to-action, and other social copy designed to capture attention and drive engagement. • Film, edit, schedule, and publish social media content, including Reels, TikToks, Shorts, video clips, photos, graphics, and other digital assets. • Edit short-form videos for social platforms as well as longer-form content for YouTube. • Add captions, graphics, headlines, music, transitions, and other creative elements to video content as appropriate. • Create compelling thumbnails, titles, and visual hooks that encourage viewers to watch and engage. • Shoot original behind-the-scenes and personality-driven content featuring Anna, Raven, and the show team. • Develop original, social-first content that may originate outside of the radio show. • Create and produce the weekly “After the Show” digital livestream and YouTube series. • Produce and distribute a weekly Anna & Raven Show e-newsletter designed to increase audience engagement and drive listeners back to the show’s digital content. • Track content performance and audience engagement to identify opportunities for growth and improve future content. • Collaborate closely with Anna, Raven, producers, and management to develop and execute digital content strategies. • Stay current on social media best practices, platform updates, emerging formats, creator strategies, and digital trends. Qualifications & Skills: • Creative, funny, and highly engaged with entertainment, pop culture, and current events. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X. • Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video and social media content. • Strong writing skills with the ability to create attention-grabbing headlines, hooks, captions, and opening lines. • Experience with video production, camera operation, and video editing. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Final Cut Pro. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment, particularly during morning hours. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content priorities each day. • Strong understanding of what makes digital content entertaining, engaging, and shareable. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with on-air talent, producers, and management. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • A genuine interest in radio, entertainment, digital media, and creating content that connects with an audience. • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.\\ • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and promotional events as needed.
