- 5+ years of .NET, C#, and JavaScript development
- 3+ years of Azure Data Factory/Azure Synapse integration and migration experience
- 2+ years of DevOps experience in Power Platform environments
- Microsoft Power Apps Developer Certification or Power Apps Professional Certification
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Create both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Develop external and internal portals using Power Pages.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and lead solution discovery workshops.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Implement custom development using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
- Develop integrations and data migration solutions using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Power Platform-related issues.
- Create technical documentation, solution designs, prototypes, and governance guidelines.
- Support ALM processes and DevOps implementation within Power Platform environments.
- Work closely with business and technical teams in an Agile environment.
- Microsoft Copilot Studio experience
- SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration
- PowerShell scripting
- SPFx development
- Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator experience
