Account Manager Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded account manager to help take a well-established toy company to the next level! While we’ve built a successful global business, we’re embarking on a new phase of dynamic growth and need help to realize our vision.
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role as the face of the brand to many of our customers. This position reports to the Head of Sales.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Customer relationship management: Act as the primary contact for Specialty customers and selected Key Accounts – maintain relationships, answer questions, and address concerns
- Sales rep management: Manage our external sales reps, who service independent toy and gift stores, to meet and exceed sales targets.
