Senior Lean Kaizen Leader - Continuous Improvement

Ralliant in Hollister, CA seeks a Senior Ralliant Business System Leader to implement the Ralliant Business System across the organization and drive the Kaizen roadmap, event execution, and Champion progression, reporting to the VP of RBS.
You will lead Lean Kaizen events, mentor teams, and develop an effective Kaizen funnel with weekly reviews and 30/60/90-day updates while collaborating with PacSci EMC and other sites.
