12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, with shifts every weekend.

Job Description

Join our team at a rural 24-bed Critical Access Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Orthopedic, Cardiac, Pediatric care, telemetry, and familiarity with Epic systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical access setting
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and manage patient treatment plans per established protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the Epic system

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Orthopedics, Cardiac, Pediatric care, and telemetry preferred
• Proficient in using Epic software is a plus
