Inside Sales Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Description Southeastern Sign Supply, a leading supplier of sign supplies, wide-format printing equipment and wholesale printing has an opening for an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Apex, North Carolina. As a CSR, you will be primarily focused on answering customer phone calls and emails regarding product orders and entering them into computer inventory system. Knowledge of sign shop and wide format printing industry are required.

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) receives incoming orders from customers by phone and email. Acts as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and production print team. Responding to customer inquiries concerning prospective, current, and previous orders. The successful candidate must be a quick learner with a strong attention to detail and possess a willingness to help others. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers by phone and email about material orders, print jobs, and quotes.
Must have basic computer skills and ability to learn real-time inventory system.
Provide product knowledge and help customers with material selection and specifications.
Process orders and coordinate with warehouse for product delivery.
Become familiar with warehouse and delivery operations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure delivery and shipping dates are met.
Effectively communicate with co-workers and management.
Become familiar with delivery routes and customers.
Must be capable of building customer relationships while developing loyalty and trust.
Assist with customer order pickups.
Have strong basic mathematical knowledge.
Must arrive at work on time each day ready to work.
